30-Day Return Window

Every painting in our catalog is individually hand-painted in oil after you order it, so we treat returns with care. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason.

What You Can Return

You can return any painting you received, provided it is:

  • In the same condition as delivered (unframed canvas, not cut, stretched, or altered);
  • Returned in the original shipping tube or equivalent protective packaging;
  • Accompanied by the original order number.

Custom size commissions and personalized pieces (e.g., portraits from your own photo) are final sale and not eligible for return. This will be stated clearly on the product page before you order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@mastercanvasart.com with your order number and a photo of the painting (or the issue, if damaged in transit).
  2. We reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and return address.
  3. Ship the painting back in its original tube. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the painting arrived damaged or different from what was ordered.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the painting, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

If your painting arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, we cover everything — we either send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund including original shipping. Please send photos within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they appear in 5–10 business days after we process the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged or incorrect orders.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund until the artist begins painting, typically within 24 hours of purchase. Once painting has started, orders cannot be cancelled but remain eligible for the 30-day return window after delivery.
