Alexei Venetsianov

Alexey Gavrilovich Venetsianov (1780–1847) was a Russian painter who pioneered peasant genre painting, the first artist to dignify rural life in Russian art. Moving to his village of Safonkovo in 1819, he observed and depicted reapers, portraits, and seasonal scenes with empathetic naturalism. Master Canvas Art offers 2 hand-painted oil reproductions of Alexei Venetsianov's work.

Painted by hand. Not printed.

Trained oil painters

Every canvas is painted by hand by a trained oil artist — no prints, no machine finishing. Each piece carries real brushwork, real texture, real layers.

Museum-grade pigment matching

We mix each pigment against high-resolution museum references. The greens of Monet, the gold of Klimt, the blues of Van Gogh — matched, not approximated.

Layered, cured, built to last

Oil paint is built in layers and allowed to dry between them — the way the originals were made. The result is a canvas with depth, weight, and decades of life.
