Edmund Thornton Crawford (1806–1885) was a Scottish Landscape painter known for picturesque Scottish landscapes, marine scenes, impressionistic nature. Elected academician 1848; breakthrough Eyemouth Harbour (1848) established reputation; taught at Trustees' Academy; influenced by David Wilkie and Dutch painting.
