Juan de Arellano

Juan de Arellano (1614–1676) was a Spanish Baroque painter and the most important Spanish flower-still-life specialist of the 17th century. Influenced by Flemish and Italian models, he produced lavish floral arrangements in baskets and vases that became the template for an entire Madrid school of still-life painting.
