Kate Perugini

Catherine Elizabeth Macready Perugini (1839–1929) was a British painter of the Victorian era and eldest daughter of Charles Dickens and Catherine Dickens. Born into London's literary elite, she inherited her father's observant character but forged an independent artistic path as a portraitist and figure painter. Despite the shadow of her father's fame and the gender constraints of Victorian art institutions, Perugini developed a serious practice and exhibited her work. Master Canvas Art offers 2 hand-painted oil reproductions of Kate Perugini's work.

Painted by hand. Not printed.

Trained oil painters

Every canvas is painted by hand by a trained oil artist — no prints, no machine finishing. Each piece carries real brushwork, real texture, real layers.

Museum-grade pigment matching

We mix each pigment against high-resolution museum references. The greens of Monet, the gold of Klimt, the blues of Van Gogh — matched, not approximated.

Layered, cured, built to last

Oil paint is built in layers and allowed to dry between them — the way the originals were made. The result is a canvas with depth, weight, and decades of life.
