Maria van Oosterwijck

Maria van Oosterwijck (1630–1693) was a Dutch Golden Age painter renowned for intricately detailed flower paintings and vanitas still lifes. Trained by Jan Davidsz. de Heem in Delft, she moved to Amsterdam, earning patronage from Louis XIV, Leopold I, and William III despite being denied guild membership due to her gender. Master Canvas Art offers 3 hand-painted oil reproductions of Maria van Oosterwijck's work.

Painted by hand. Not printed.

Trained oil painters

Every canvas is painted by hand by a trained oil artist — no prints, no machine finishing. Each piece carries real brushwork, real texture, real layers.

Museum-grade pigment matching

We mix each pigment against high-resolution museum references. The greens of Monet, the gold of Klimt, the blues of Van Gogh — matched, not approximated.

Layered, cured, built to last

Oil paint is built in layers and allowed to dry between them — the way the originals were made. The result is a canvas with depth, weight, and decades of life.
