Middleton Manigault

Edward Middleton Manigault (1887–1922) was a Canadian-born American Modernist painter who studied under Robert Henri and Kenneth Hayes Miller in New York. Restlessly experimental across Realism, Post-Impressionism, Symbolism, and Cubism, he served as a WWI ambulance driver, was discharged after mustard-gas exposure, and destroyed perhaps two hundred of his own works before his early death in Los Angeles. Master Canvas Art offers 3 hand-painted oil reproductions of Middleton Manigault's work.

Our promise

Painted by hand. Not printed.

Trained oil painters

Every canvas is painted by hand by a trained oil artist — no prints, no machine finishing. Each piece carries real brushwork, real texture, real layers.

Museum-grade pigment matching

We mix each pigment against high-resolution museum references. The greens of Monet, the gold of Klimt, the blues of Van Gogh — matched, not approximated.

Layered, cured, built to last

Oil paint is built in layers and allowed to dry between them — the way the originals were made. The result is a canvas with depth, weight, and decades of life.
