Richard Geiger (1870–1945) was an Austrian 19th-century genre painter known for portraits, nudes, genre scenes, carnival motifs, illustrations. Austrian painter born Vienna to Hungarian Jewish family; worked as genre painter in Budapest from 1893; known for carnival motifs and illustrations (104 autotypes for Karl May Hungarian editions).
