William Worchester Churchill

William Worcester Churchill (1858–1926) was an American painter of figure studies, portraits, and landscapes born in Jamaica Plains, Massachusetts, who trained at the Boston Museum School and later in Paris under Léon Bonnat and Tarbell at the Académie Julian. Churchill established his career as a portraitist and landscape painter in Boston, becoming a member of the Guild of Boston Artists.
