Elisabeth Jerichau-Baumann

Anna Maria Elisabeth Lisinska Jerichau-Baumann (1819–1881) was a Polish-born Danish Orientalist painter. After studying at the prestigious Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, she leveraged her status as an accomplished European artist to gain unprecedented access to Ottoman harems, enabling intimate observations of harem life that contrasted sharply with male artists' imaginative interpretations. Her travels through Turkey, Egypt, and Greece produced sensualist Orientalist portraits that achieved. Master Canvas Art offers 2 hand-painted oil reproductions of Elisabeth Jerichau-Baumann's work.

Painted by hand. Not printed.

Trained oil painters

Every canvas is painted by hand by a trained oil artist — no prints, no machine finishing. Each piece carries real brushwork, real texture, real layers.

Museum-grade pigment matching

We mix each pigment against high-resolution museum references. The greens of Monet, the gold of Klimt, the blues of Van Gogh — matched, not approximated.

Layered, cured, built to last

Oil paint is built in layers and allowed to dry between them — the way the originals were made. The result is a canvas with depth, weight, and decades of life.
