Fedor Bronnikov

Fyodor Bronnikov (1827–1902) was a Russian Academic painter best known for biblical, classical, and early Christian historical subjects. A long-time resident of Rome, he was associated with the Peredvizhniki (Itinerants) movement and produced widely-exhibited works depicting ancient Roman and Greek themes alongside scenes of contemporary Italian life.
